HIGH SCHOOLS HMS MEETING ON 4TH JUNE ON 100 DAYS PLAN OF ACTION AND OTHER ITEMS

•  Sub: School Education, Visakhapatnam- Divisional Level Review Meeting on Educational Activities such as SSC results, Steps taken to get 100% result in the ensuring SSC March 2014 Examinations , Implementations of 100 Days action plan etc will be conducted from 4.06.13 to 6.06.13 –To attend the meeting with action plan & relevant data –Orders issued regarding.
•  Ref: Instructions of the District Collector in the 100 Days review meeting held on 24.05.2013.  

       The Deputy Educational Officers of Visakhapatnam, Yelamanchili, Paderu and GVMC are informed that the District Collector, Visakhapatnam will review the educational activities at divisional level from 4.06.2013 to 6.06.2013 from 10.00AM-5.00PM as follows.

The following are the agenda items.
1. List of division wise Private Recognized and Un- recognized schools.
2. Action taken on closure of unrecognized schools-type of action taken.
3. Deletion of attractive names such as Concept School, e -techno, Olympiad etc
4. To submit annual audit reports before 30th September.
5. Not to allow capitation, building fee & donations – Discussion on fees collection by the Private Schools.
        All the Deputy Educational Officers are instructed to give suitable directions to all Head-Masters of all ZP/Govt/Mpl/Tribal/PA of their jurisdiction to attend the review meeting with full information against the dates from 10.00AM-1.00PM
       They are also instructed to make the Correspondents/Principals of Private schools having more than 500 enrollment should attend the meeting from 2.00OM-5.00PM against the date & venue along with the departments involved to give recognition to schools. The Deputy Educational Officer to make necessary arrangements to conduct the review meetings.
      The Deputy Educational Officer, Visakhapatnam is requested to serve orders to District Fire Officers of Fire Services& GVMC, Executive Engineers of R&B, Panchayathiraj, DMHO, RTO and other authorized officials to the review meeting held on 4.06.2013 from 2.00Pm-5.00PM along with the Correspondents/Principals of above private schools.
