As per these instructions, the rationalization process was done in the district basing on the information furnished by the Mandal Educational Officers. The surplus posts of SGTs and Primary School Headmasters were adjusted to needy schools basing on the enrolment of I-V classes.
The surplus Secondary Grade Teachers have been adjusted management wise/ sector wise in other needy schools of Primary / Upper Primary in same mandal and the remaining posts shifted to other needy mandal schools with the approval of the District Collector, Visakhapatnam
The Provisional lists of the following items are here below
1. Adjustment of surplus teachers to needy schools: Plain Area – Government
Plain Area – ZP / MP
Agency Area – Government
Agency Area – ZP/ MP
2. Merging of schools which are having below 10 strength
3. Closure of “0” strength schools
The Mandal Educational Officers are to give wide publicity in the Mandal regarding schools which are to be closed and merged to nearby schools due to un-economic strength by affixing the same in the Notice Board of the schools, Gram Panchayat Office.
They are further requested to submit the representations if any of the villagers on the closure / merging of the schools to this office by 5.00 pm on 09.05.2013 for taking further course of action in the matter.
